Congress Scholarship Application Form

The Houston Chapter of the Oncology Nursing Society is offering three competitive scholarships for HCONS members in good standing who are interested in learning more about oncology nursing at the 35th Annual ONS Congress in San Diego, CA, from May 13-16, 2010. The scholarship amounts will be up to $1000.00. The award will be paid when original expense receipts (not reimbursed by another entity) are received. Applications must be received by Wednesday March 10, 2010.
