The Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) is a professional organization of more than 33,000 registered nurses and other healthcare providers dedicated to excellence in patient care, education, research, and administration in oncology nursing. It is the largest professional membership oncology association in the world.
ONS Vision is to lead in the transformation of cancer care by initiating and actively supporting educational, legislative and public awareness efforts to improve the care of people with cancer.

ONS Mission is to promote excellence in oncology to the highest quality educational programs, cancer-care resources, research opportunities and networks for peer support.

ONS Chapters   At the community level, ONS offers members the opportunity to join a chapter, where members can have access to education, information, peer support & leadership opportunities.  Chapters are a vital component of the ONS structure.  More than 10,000 nurses benefit from membership in nearly 218 ONS chapters in 50 states.
